Alexandra Ponette-Fry, coached by Karen, took 2nd in her age group this Sunday in Denton Tx. With an impressive first out of the water and almost 45 seconds faster than her follower, the second fastest bike on a hilly course, and a speedy 23:06 for the 5K, Alexandra (in pink) finished her race in 1:25:15.
