Last Sunday, Jessica Hernandez participated in her first triathlon of the season at "The Crawfishman" in Bush, Louisiana. This 1,000 yard swim, 18 mile bike, and 4 mile run event has been around for 26 years! Unfortunately, her IT Band flared up, but she still finished 9th in the swim & 7th in the bike in her age group! Way to race Jessica!
