Amy Hackman raced last Sunday in the Steelcase Grand Duathlon in Kentwood, Michigan. Amy finished third in her Age Group with a finish time of 2:12:55. She ran 8:43 min/mile pace for the first 5K, biked a 1:13 for the 30K bike, and ran 9:36 min/mile pace for the second 5K. Way to race Amy!
