Congrats to James Engle for fantastic racing at the Abu Dhabi International Triathlon last weekend. He and his wife Chrissy moved from the Woodlands to Egypt at the end of last year, so James trained for this event in Cairo (which provided some great Training Peaks workout logs!). James has raced for years as a cyclist, and has ventured into triathlon only a few times. The Abu Dhabi Triathlon was perfect for him since it had a 1.5K swim, a 100K bike, and a 10K run. James swam 25:27, biked 2 hours and 46 minutes, and ran 1:05 for the 10K. Way to race James!! James will be back in the area next week racing at the Fayettville Stage Race in Texas.
