Good Luck Ana, Sheri, and Lisa!

Good luck to Ana Lemus and Sheri O'Keefe tomorrow at the Frost yer Fanny Duathlon! This will be Ana's first duathlon ever, and she is so ready for it!! She's not even nervous, either ;) Sheri is coming to the race after quality base training, and is going to do awesome! Hopefully it won't be too cold!

Lisa Jaster will be racing the New Orleans Half Marathon in preparation for her first half-Ironman in April.
