| Amy in transition Amy Hackman had a great race at the Corey Lake Duathlon in Michigan last weekend. This was Amy's first attempt at a long course duathlon (5K run-40K bike-10K run). Amy ran 8:37 min/mile pace for the first 5K, biked 15.4 mph on the very hilly 40K bike, and ran 10:03 min/mile pace for the last 10K. Congrats Amy! |
