Amy Hackmans had a great race at the Double Time Triathlon in St. Joseph County, Michigan. This sprint triathlon has a 400 yard open water swim, 11.75 mile bike, and 5K run. Amy raced over 7 minutes faster than her time last year! Here are here splits: 12:02 swim, 41:35 bike, 30:49 run. Finishing time was 1:27:38. Amy finished third in her Age Group!
