On Saturday, April 9th, five OutRival Racing athletes raced in Galveston at the Memorial Hermann Sprint Triathlon.  Four athletes finished in the top three in their age groups, including Adam Currier, Allison Eden, Connor Barry, and Coach Michelle LeBlanc.

Adam Currier won the Men's 35-39 Age Group with an overall time of 1:07:28.  Adam had the 20th fastest bike and 19th fastest run of the day.
Connor Barry finished second in the 15-17 Age Group and 10th overall!! Connor had fast splits across the board and had a finishing time of 1:05:49.
Coach Michelle LeBlanc was happy to enter a race after a two year hiatus! Michelle finished first in the 35-39 Age Group, was second female overall, and the 13th finisher.  Coach Michelle had the fourth fastest bike split and hung on for dear life on the run.
Allison Eden had a good race finishing third in the women's 15-17 Age Group. Allison had solid splits in all three disciplines and finished in a total 1:21:01.
Jesse Balboa had one of his best Sprint Triathlon finishes ever with a 1:15:45 overall time.  Jesse had a strong bike and finished it off with a 6:59 min/mile 5K run.
