The Roger Boak Award: Blake Henning

Blake Henning
Bill Dwyer and Blake Henning
The Houston Area Road Runners Association (HARRA) awards The Roger Boak Award to the runner who runs the most races in a calendar year.  Blake Henning was the honored recipient of the Roger Boak Award for 2010.  Last year, Blake competed in:

  • The Chevron Houston Marathon
  • The Bayou City Classic 10K
  • The Koala Luke's Locker Half Marathon
  • The HMSA Classical 25K
  • The Sugar Land Lakes of William Ranch 30K

Not only did Blake run often, he ran fast!  Blake set some PRs last year in these races as well.  Blake also ran the Houston Marathon last weekend and plans on racing Ironman Texas in May.
Congrats Blake! Keep on running (well, and biking and swimming!)
